What’s included in each box?
Each box contains all the supplies you need for one to three activities, depending on the product. Our Standard Boxes also include an activity book for kids to further explore each theme and reinforce their learnings from the projects.
For what ages is GummyBox appropriate?
Although our boxes are designed for kids between ages 4 and 8, our activities are open-ended and versatile enough to be enjoyed by kids who range from 3 to 10. We carefully design open-ended activities so that children across ages can interact with the projects at various levels.
Do you have different boxes for boys and girls?
Our boxes are designed to appeal to both boys and girls. We test our themes and activities with kids to ensure that both boys and girls are engaged and interested.
Is GummyBox only available in English?
Yes. but please do e-mail us if you have a request for another language.
Do the activities in GummyBox require adult involvement?
On each project instruction book, we indicate the level of adult involvement required. We include written and illustrated instructions so that kids of different ages can lead their own activities, or follow along. Of course, we encourage parents to get involved anytime possible! In our Standard Boxes, our handy Resource Card offers suggestions for parents to explore and do extra activities with their kids.
How messy are the activities?
We indicate the level of messiness on each project instruction book. Most activities can be completed within a small workspace. However, we recommend setting aside a proper workspace for your child to fully explore and interact with the projects.
What does a subscription to GummyBox mean?
When you purchase a subscription of GummyBox, we will send you one Standard Box per month for the duration of your subscription period. A Standard Box includes three projects and one activity book that align with one surprise theme. Currently, we offer two subscription durations for 3 months and 6 months. When will I receive my box every month?
Please expect your box between the 15th to 25th calendar days each month.
When will I be billed for my subscription?
You will be billed in full at the time of purchase for the subscription and monthly shipping fees.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
No, subscriptions do not renew without your confirmation and payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer cancellations or refunds of subscriptions.
Do all subscribers receive the same theme box each month?
Subscribers do not receive the same theme each month. Boxes are delivered to subscribers based on availability of boxes and your box history.
I have more than one child. Can one box be shared?
The decision to share will vary by family, although generally we recommend getting one box per child. We also offer the Sibling Add-On option; for an additional Rp. 150,000 per subscription per month, we’ll include extra materials for a second child to do the same activities. One add-on can be added per box.
What are my payment options?
At this time, payment is available only by bank transfer (PT Aria Cipta Perkasa – GummyBox – BCA: 0284119009). Please contact us by e-mail if you have issues with payment.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
What are my shipping options?
We offer shipment by JNE Express from Jakarta Pusat. Please check here for explanations of each shipment option. Typically, the least expensive option will deliver within 2-4 business days, depending on your location. Note that all orders are processed within 2 business days prior to delivery.
How long does it take to process orders?
We process orders within 2 business days. Please note our business hours: Monday – Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Can you create custom activity boxes?
Yes, but please note that we require a minimum quantity order. Please shoot us an e-mail with your inquiry.
